Refunds & Cancellations are permitted under following circumstances

– In case of duplicate payments refund will be initiated within 24 hours
– In case your subscription is not activated within 24 hours of purchase you are entitled to request a refund
– In case our software subscription is not working as per the features listed on the site, blog, video customer may place the refund request
– In case our support and solution team is unable to deliver you the service, you may place the refund request
– Customer is not entitled to get the refund in case when customer has already explored our free trial, subscription is already activated, support is provided, training is provided
– Customer is not entitled to get the refund in case when customer is unable to share the details of what is not working
– You are eligible for refund in case of coupon / promotion is not availed for technical reasons
– You are eligible for prorate basis refund in case we are withdrawing some or all of our product / services
